ABOUT THE EVENT

Traditionally one of the largest events in the local government calendar, the IRRV Annual Conference has always been an opportunity for practitioners to gather together and discuss the major issues affecting the profession. And this year will be no different.
All the days sessions will culminate in question and answer sessions where delegates will get the chance to pick the brains of our experts.
The conference will also be accompanied by an all new virtual exhibition that will, as ever, display excellence in the provision of services to our market place and allow delegates and exhibitors to come together.

A BIT MORE INFO

  • Full access to all the sessions and streams during the conference. These will also be made available to you to view post event until 31 Decemebr 2020.

  • To book your complimentary members pass you'll just need to click the 'Register' button at the top of the page and follow the instructions.

  • All you'll need is access to a computer that is connected to the internet.

  • Delegates will be able to access the virtual exhibition from the main conference page. Just click on the exhibitors logo to visit their stand. You will be able to read more about each exhibitor, download more information and call or email exhibitors via the “contact us” option – exhibitors will be ready to answer your queries. Exhibitors will also be running various competitions – so make sure to visit their pages to enter!

  • PROGRAMME CHANGES AND CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING OF EVENTS
    The Institute will make every effort to give delegates as much notice as possible of any programme changes or the cancellation/re-scheduling of the event. However, it does reserve the right to make changes to advertised programmes and to cancel/re-schedule events. In the unlikely event of the conference and/or exhbition being cancelled/re-scheduled, either a full refund will be made or alternatively, any fee paid will be credited against a future booking.
    VAT RECEIPTS
    On receipt of the registration form with purchase order number the IRRV will issue a receipted VAT invoice at the prevailing rate. Payment must be received in advance of the event. The Institute reserves the right to refuse access where delegate fees have not been paid.
    CANCELLATIONS
    Cancellations made 1 month before the event will be subject to an administration charge of 50% of the fee plus VAT. Cancellations after this date are liable for the full registration fee. A substitute delegate is welcome at any time at no extra charge.

    Please note that the Institute will be producing a delegate list that will only include the name of each delegate, their job title and employer. This will available to all exhibitors and delegates.
